What Is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool that precisely and consciously harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind and soul. It is a practice for anyone who wants the skills to cope with the challenges of our times while building fortitude and experiencing their own excellence.

Workshop length: 3.5 hrs
What It Includes: 1.30 hrs Introduction to Kundalini Yoga | 15 min. break |. 1.30 hrs full Kundalini Yoga class, Meditation and Gong Relaxation.
