Prayer is when man talks to Infinity. Meditation is when Infinity talks to the man.

Meditation is a process to clean the mind - its precise, effective, and practical. If you physically don’t move, the mind becomes still. That is the foundation, or the beginning of the meditative mind. Once your mind starts becoming still, you will feel cozy and comfortable and you will want to do it again and again, but sometimes is downright miserable.

You’re cleaning out and getting rid of negativity that has been covering up the divine light inside you. Allow the mind to go through its antics while remaining firmly planted, you will experience a reawakening of the self.

With this new awareness comes inner change, then outer change, we can actually change our destiny by changing our habits, help replace unwanted patterns of behavior with new, more positive ones.
Kundalini Yoga has hundreds of meditations tailored to specific applications: reduce stress, work on addictions, increase vitality, clear the chakras, bring properity, open the heart, open our ability to see the miracles in our lives and many more.

Your mind is your servant, your body is your vehicle and your soul is your residence.
