Building Blocks of Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras in order to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.  It is a powerful tool that precisely and consciously harnesses the mental,  physical and nervous energies of the body in order to balance, strengthen, and purify the body, the mind and the spirit.  It gives us the skills to cope with the  challenges of our times while building fortitude and experiencing our own excellence.  

 

Each Kundalini Yoga is constructed upon seven fundamental building blocks. While these core elements are present in various yogic practices, in this 8 week workshop we will delve into their distinct significance within the framework of Kundalini Yoga.

Workshop length: 8 Weeks Workshop, 1.15 hrs each

What It Includes: Each class will have a small introduction of the class, full length yoga class, Gong relaxation.
